If you are attending an appointment at the surgery for another matter please ask about having the flu vaccination while you are there.  If the Doctor, Nurse or Healthcare Assistant has time within your appointment they will endeavour to save you another journey and give it to you then.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALWAYS WEAR A FACE MASK WHEN ATTENDING THE SURGERY

We have tried to contact all patients who are eligible for a flu vaccine this year by phone or text.  If you haven't been contacted yet and believe you or your child are eligible for a flu vaccination please contact the surgery.

We ask everyone attending to be mindful of the strict Covid-19 guidelines we will have in place on these days.  PLEASE REMEMBER TO WEAR A MASK.  We understand some people do not get on with wearing masks however, the vaccination takes 2 minues so in order to prorect our staff we ask everyone to wear a mask upon entering the premises.

If you or a member of your household has any of the three possible Covid-19 symptoms, or have had contact with someone suspected or confirmed of have Covid-19 please do not attend!
