Prescriptions during the Covid-19 pandemic
If you are self isolating due to COVID-19 and following your discussion with a healthcare professional, you have been issued a prescription we would ask that someone else collects it. If there is no one else available please remain in the car, phone the surgery and the medication will be brought to you.
People collecting routine prescriptions will also be asked to wait outside until the dispenser is available. There will be controlled access to the dispensary. This is to protect both staff and other patients.

We would prefer not to receive paper requests now as the virus is transferable via paper.
Dispensary are really struggling at the moment to keep up with demand. If at all possible please leave 5 working days for your prescription to be issued.

We cannot authorise full on line access without identification but for now we are accepting this method for medication requests only and online Telephone appointment booking. We will only do this if we already have either your correct mobile number or email address on your records. If you download the NHS app you can submit your identification electronically and the process is completed without the need for our staff to be involved
